Dissapointing : Screwpull Lever Model Classic Lever Gift Set
I bought one of these 10 years ago. It broke 9 years and 10 months into a 10 year warranty. I took a photograph of the broken unit (and receipt) and emailed it to the company. They told me to send the unit back and issued a return authorization. I did and they supplanted it with a brand new unit. No problem, no quibble. They honored the warranty and I'm back drinking my wine (Ok, I was drinking wine while waiting, but struggling more with the corks). I'd looked at alternatives and could readily see the distinction in quality, but experiencing great backing of the goods is what admittedly impressed me.
